World Cup Munich Day 3

Well so far I've had one day seeing the sights of Munich city and one day of the range. Training went well for me, some very good quality 10's and tight grouping! Mike shot well also, whilst learning the wind conditions. Neil and Mathew final recieved their rifles today, but not in good enough time for the training. Fortionatly there is some more training time tommorow!

Will keep you updated on the progress tommorrow after official training.

Here are some of the sights of Munich and the range.

NO I did not visit!!!!!!!!

The range is Huge 102 firing points, all with electronic targets, monitors and TV screens for spectators to watch on!! Awsome!!!

Lots of firing points!!!!

The TV's above each firing point

The shooters eye view!!!

Wind, make up your mind!!!!!

All the best guys

Dave

Ah, the hotel... the city "shops"... memories of Amsterdam! (ahem... ummm.... movin on!)

Damn that wind! - jes' kinda makes you wonder about the facilities we have in the UK... and ummmm.... Wales??

BTW - to order a "big mac and fies"... point at the menu, and talk slowly and loudly! (international language skills, from the "international relations" officer)
It is at this point you find that the staff speak English!!

Good luck mate....

Lynd, I'll get round to putting some pics of Rio on the blog at some point, though not while I'm here!!

Missing you all looking forward to having a drink at the Black Cock when I get back!!

The range is huge, the complex is huge. Tomorrow I will try to get some pics of all the ranges and of the layout of the complex, including the Hotel that is on site!!!

Time to go for now, speak soon all.
